How much does UK delivery cost and how long does it take?
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days if your order is placed by 2 pm.
We offer a free standard UK delivery service for all orders over £75 to most parts of the UK.
For orders under £75 there will be a small order charge of £5.95* to the majority of delivery areas within the UK – with a few exceptions – please contact us for further information.
We are able to offer a next day delivery service if you order by 11am – delivery will be made the next working day. Please select DHL next day delivery at checkout.
For materials more than 1m, or 1 standard pallet space, we will confirm cost of carriage upon receipt of order.
What areas of the UK are classed as non standard?
Most areas of the UK are covered by the above UK delivery costs.
However, for some areas within the UK there will be a delivery cost regardless of the value of the order.
These delivery charges are based on weight – anything from 2-20 kg will be despatched by DHL and will incur a delivery charge of £6.99, anything weighing over 20 kg or above standard dimensions will be sent by DHL and will incur a delivery charge of £10.99.
We are unable to guarantee next day or 48 hour delivery to these locations.

Are you able to deliver outside of the UK?
We are sorry but we currently only deliver within the UK.
What are working days?
Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays. So if you place an order with us on a bank holiday Monday before 3pm your order will be despatched to you the next day and using standard delivery you should receive it on Thursday.
How do I know my order has been despatched?
Once we have despatched your order we will email confirmation that it has left us including the delivery number of the order, which you should use when contacting us in the case of any queries.
If we are out of stock
If we cannot fulfil any part of your order we will always try and contact you to discuss availability. We do advise a good contact number and email address when registering so that we can contact you only with important stock or delivery options.
Heavy or long products
Some products are too heavy or long to be sent using the standard courier service. On receipt of your order we will telephone and advise on any surcharge.
My order has not arrived

My order has arrived damaged
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order and we will arrange for the damaged items to be collected and replaced.

I am missing items from my order
No5a Interiors aim to despatch your total order in its entirety in one consignment. In exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to do this due to stock availability. In such a situation we will notify you and will let you decide if you want to proceed with the order.
If, when you receive your order, you have not received all of your items, please check the delivery note to make sure it was in that consignment.
If it is listed on the delivery note please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 0141 643 1493 with the delivery reference number and missing items.
