With the national lockdown restrictions taking place in England today, we want to reassure our customers of how the new measures may affect us.
Currently, both our physical and online stores are running as usual with the recommended safety measures in place. However, many of our home decor accessories and furniture are sourced from our suppliers based in England. While we have been reassured by our suppliers that it’s business as usual, we may experience some delays in our orders.
Customer Services
Please allow up to 48 hours for us answer any of your requests or enquiries. Please do not message or email from multiple platforms. Instead, make your enquiry from one email address or message through either Facebook or Instagram.
Delivery
Due to an increase in orders leading up to Christmas, there may be some delays to our standard delivery times. Please allow a 7 – 10 day delivery period for your products to arrive.
Stock
Please allow longer waiting times for back-ordered stock. Due to lockdown restrictions, there have been delays in ordering in new and back-ordered stock. If you have any back-ordered products, we will be sure to contact you if any delay occurs.
We will do our best to ensure that these issues do not occur! If you can, make sure to order any online Christmas products early to ensure they arrive on time.
